    Can I use TheStudentSurvival if I am not on Exchange or studying?
  • Yes, it is not a problem at all. Anyone can buy the service regardless if you are a student or not
    If I were to buy the service, can I have a friend using it too?
  • No. The person registered as the beneficiary will be the only one using the service. "Passport or ID number that was indicated"
    Will I be asked for an access code whenever I use the service?
  • Yes, you will be asked for your Passport or ID number that was specified when registered.
    Can I extend the number of hours for the home cleaning service?
  • Yes, since you have booked this service, you will be able to extend the number of hours for a special price.

    Once I have the service, will I be able to use it at any time of the day?
  • Yes, we will be able to assist you 24 hours, every day of the year, including holidays.

  • Once the service has been activated, you will be able to use it for a year.
    Where in Spain can I use the service?
  • You can request this service from anywhere around the world. On-site and at home assistance services can be used inside the Spanish territory.
